Soju is one of the top three best selling white spirits in the world, right next to vodka and cachaça. Soju is traditionally made from rice, but it can be made with a number of other starches like potato, wheat, barley, sweet potato or tapioca. Soju is considered a white spirit and is often compared to vodka due to its versatility. Soju, like vodka, can be easily mixed with other spirits and non-alcoholic mixers.

Sojuicy
1 ½ oz Ty Ku Soju
2-3 dashes of orange bitters
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz pomegranate juice
Ginger beer
In a mixing glass, add Ty Ku Soju, bitters, lemon juice and pomegranate juice. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float ginger beer on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Ty Ku Liqueur
Another product in the Ty Ku portfolio is the Ty Ku Liqueur. Ty Ku Liqueur is a blend of soju with Asian superfruits and teas such as yuzu, honeydew, mangosteen, ginseng, green tea and goji berry. Ty Ku Liqueur has a soft citrus, melon, tea and botanicals taste with a hint of ginger. For each 1 ½ ounce serving of Ty Ku Liqueur, there’s only 72 calories. Ty Ku Liqueur is easily mixed with a number of non-alcoholic mixers and with other spirits such as vodka, tequila or cognac. Ty Ku Liqueur’s light green bottle design represents the premium Asian gemstone, jade. Currently, it’s the world’s only illuminating spirit bottle of its kind.

Roger-san
5-6 mint leaves
Pinch of fresh, chopped ginger
1 ½ oz Ty Ku Liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Ginger beer
Mint sprig for a garnish
In a mixing glass, muddle mint leaves and ginger. Add Ty Ku Liqueur, simple syrup and lime juice. Add ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.
The other two products in the Ty Ku portfolio are two different types of premium sake. Both sake products are brewed using labor-intensive steps, made in small batches and use only highly polished rice. The flavor profiles for both sakes are considered to be light, fruity, refined and complex.
Ty Ku Sake
Ty Ku Sake is a premium Junmai Ginjo sake that is hand crafted in the traditional Japanese method. Ty Ku Sake’s black bottle design represents the stealth ninja dressed in traditional black.
Ty Ku White
